Hanna Korn (she/her)
Hemlock Woolly Adelgid Technician

Hanna obtained a BS in Biology from Western Michigan University in 2022. During her college education, she worked at Kalamazoo Specialty Plants greenhouse as a Special Projects Intern where she learned all there is to know about houseplants and gardening. After earning her degree, she worked in a soil health laboratory focusing on agroecosystems and climate change biology at Kellogg Biological Station. Her work and degree expereience piqued her interest in botany and ecosystem sustainability. Hanna joined ISN in 2024 and is excited to assist landowners and local organizations to manage invasive species in the area. 

In her free time Hanna can be found spending time with her partner Mason and cat Gaia, crocheting, knitting, foraging, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
