Invasive Species Specialist

Bri fell in love with the beauty of Northwest Michigan while working at Mason-Lake Conservation District as an HWA technician (where she, coincidentally worked with ISN in Benzie County). She was also one of ISN's invasive species technician in the summer of 2025. Now, Bri has come back as our Invasive Species Specialist!

After growing up in Kalamazoo, MI, Bri graduated from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Ecology. For the past 4 years she has done seasonal work with invasive species, native seed collection, grape breeding, and tree breeding throughout California, Utah, Oregon, and Michigan.  

In her free time, Bri enjoys backpacking, roller blading, kayaking, cooking, and anything else that involves being outside as much as possible. ​
